Spacious 2 Bedroom Apartment – adjacent to beach!
This a cozy first floor walk out basement apartment in a 2 unit two blocks from Lake Michigan or Muskegon lake. Please note that the kitchen does not have a stove or oven. Our place is perfect for small families, couples, and friends looking to enjoy the area – Lake Michigan, beaches and hiking. We do not allow fragrances of any kind at this property. The hvac system is connected to the upper unit so we do not allow sprays, body spray, candles, perfume etc. One full bathroom, 2 bedrooms, and living area with pull out couch and a 60” Roku tv. It has a private entrance so you can come and go as you please. The owners live above the unit with a dog. Space comes equipped with a washer and dryer as well as a long kitchen counter with large sink. We only have two parking spaces. Other things to note There are about 7-8 steps to enter the unit. The steps are cement and they are not exactly even. Some steps have settled and if you have any issues with steps I suggest you book a different space. Thank you for your consideration.
